No – all attractions and programmes are free of charge.
2. What are the opening hours of this event?
Opening hours are from 10:00 to 18:00.
3. Where can I park?
There are six car parks, each with a shuttle bus to take you to the DLR site:

4. What is the best way to get to German Aerospace Day using public transport?
On S-Bahn lines S 12 and S 13 from Cologne Main Station, Troisdorf or Siegburg, getting off at the ‘Porz-Wahn’ station. S-Bahn line S13 also stops at Cologne/Bonn Airport. A shuttle bus service to the DLR site is available from the ‘Porz-Wahn’ S-Bahn station.
5. Can I take a look inside the Airbus A380?
Yes, visitors will be allowed inside the A380.
6. Can I take a look inside the SOFIA flying observatory?
Yes, visitors will be allowed inside the modified Boeing 747SP with its integrated 2.7 metre telescope.
7. Will astronauts be attending German Aerospace Day 2011?
Yes, we are delighted that astronauts Paolo Nespoli, Catherine Coleman, Roberto Vittori, Michael Fincke, Gregory H. Johnson, Greg Chamitoff, Andrew Feustel, Jean-François Clervoy, Samantha Cristoforetti, Frank De Winne, Léopold Eyharts, Christer Fuglesang, Alexander Gerst, Luca Parmitano, Andreas Mogensen und Hans Schlegel are going to be there.
